The senior running back/free safety had 14 carries for 125 yards, 1 catch for 10 yards and chipped in on defense with 6 solos and three assists. A former starting quarterback for the Maroons, McCarvey has made the transition to Free Safety and Running back and is thriving on both sides of the ball. He is a valuable leader on the team and is one of the few players on the team that not only plays, but starts on both sides for the Maroons.
