Belleville West will travel to Alton Friday night to take on an Alton Redbirds team looking to get into the playoffs. The Maroons (6-2) are already in the 7A playoffs but could secure a home playoff game with a victory on Friday night. Alton (4-4) could get into the playoffs with a win. This game should have the feel and intensity of a playoff game as both teams have a lot at stake.
